ezEKP2008 is an Enterprise2.0 and UC(Unified Communications)-based total portal solution encompassing a variety of infrastructure solutions. Its Groupware, EDMS, and KMS features help an organization improve its business productivity through collaboration, communication, information-sharing, and the use and management of knowledge information. ezEKP2008 is characterized by a unified portal interface providing a consistent UI, as well as by a wide range of features available at each of the sub-applications.

ezEKP2008 is based on XML, the standard language for seamless integration with other information systems, setting itself apart from existing competitive solutions which merely integrate separately developed products at the UI level, or integrate different DBs, and are therefore incapable of implementing integrated processes that are essential to business.

Going beyond the simple integration of different applications, ezEKP2008 comes with the features of process linkage and data linkage, thereby minimizing the customer’s need to undertake additional customization. Recent additions to the solution lineup are: a portal-based solution independently developed at KAONi Co.,Ltd. in line with the recently released MOSS (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server), and a MOSS-based portal solution.
